There's this club in the groundfloor of the agency I work for. When you walk in you're greeted by a baby blue grand piano, leapord print carpet a giant tiki bar and a fish tank that covers the entire back wall. They have a free soulfood buffet during happy hour. And after 7 the red carpet is rolled out the front door. Someone at my agency had the idea for us to do some spec posters for them. We never did anything with the posters, but they turnd out pretty great.

Oneighty
For about five years I created a new illustration every couple of weeks for a youth ministry in Tulsa. It was usually a fun task. They'd give me a sermon title and a very brief description of what it was about. Then I'd do create a visual for it that would be blown out to several elements, such as posters, web banners, t-shirts, and videos. Here are some of my favorites from over the years.

University was a very cool band from Chicago who met an early demise. This is the artwork from their EP titled Make Belief. They have since turned into this band. Check em out.

Nokia / Grammy® Ad
The Grammys® take place at the Nokia Theatre in LA. Subsequently Nokia advertises in the Grammy's program. In 2009 Neil Diamond was honored at the ceremony with a Person of the Year award. This ad was to congratulate him. Unfortunately this is not the version chosen by the client.
